Political consultations between Tajikistan and France

On May 12, 2023, another round of political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic took place in Dushanbe.

During the consultations, the current state and prospects for the development of cooperation between the countries in the political, economic, scientific and cultural spheres were discussed.

The parties stressed their readiness and mutual interest in further expanding trade and economic relations and cooperation in the field of hydropower and energy production from alternative sources, aviation, processing of agricultural products, creating smart cities, as well as academic and research exchange.
