Ministerial Meeting of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue

On 10 March 2016 in Bangkok, the capital of Kingdom of Thailand the Ministerial Meeting of Asia Cooperation Dialogue was held. The delegation of Tajikistan chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sirodjidin Aslov has participated in this event and delivered a speech on the topic: the ways of strengthening cooperation and developing regional infrastructure. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan has also drawn attention of participants of the meeting to the necessity of developing cooperation in ensuring access to water and energy, as well as extending mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of  culture and education.

Within the framework of the meeting the Minister of foreign Affairs, H.E. Sirodjidin Aslov held a bilateral meeting with the Foreign Minister of Thailand Mr. Don Pramudwinai, where the parties have discussed the ways of strengthening bilateral relations, expressed their readiness to extend mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields and exchanged views on issues related to bilateral cooperation within the framework of United Nations Organization and Asia Cooperation Dialogue.

On 10 March 2016 in Bangkok a bilateral meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Kuwait Ali Sulaimoni was held. The parties went through the various aspects of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Kuwait, as well as touched upon the organizational issues of holding the next meeting of Tajikistan and Kuwait Intergovernmental Committee on economic, trade, scientific and technical cooperation.

Within the ACD Ministerial Meeting the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan H.E. Sirodjidin Aslow have also had a conversation with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of United Arab Emirates Ahmad Jarman. The parties have discussed the ways of promotion of  bilateral trade and economic cooperation and touched upon the issues of humanitarian aid.
