Meeting with the Head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars of Qatar

On 21 July 2024, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Qatar Nurmurod Mahmadali, met with  the Head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Ali Muhiddin Al-Qaradaghi.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on ways to prevent the involvement of youth in terrorist and extremist movements and groups pursuing interests using the sacred religion in the name of Islam, respect for national and cultural customs and other issues, of mutual interest.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
