Meeting with the Chief of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia

On March 14, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Chief of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia Natalia Alonso Cano.

During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of disaster risk reduction were discussed, including the implementation of the Sendai Framework, linkage between natural disasters and climate change, as well as preparations for the High-Level International Conference on Glaciers’ Preservation to be held in Dushanbe.
