Meeting of the First Deputy Minister with the Director of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department

On September 10, 2025, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Ismatullo Nasredin on the margins of his working visit to Vienna, held a meeting with the Director of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department Ms. Alena Kupchyna.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the OSCE within the framework of the politico-military dimension. It was emphasized that active and constructive engagement in this area contributes to strengthening stability, security, and joint efforts to counter transnational threats in the region.

In addition, the sides reviewed opportunities for organizing joint events within the mentioned dimension and expressed their readiness to continue dialogue and expand the partnership.
