Phone call between the Foreign Ministers of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan

On October 1, 2025, phone call took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Yermek Kosherbayev.

S. Muhriddin congratulated his Kazakh counterpart on his appointment to this position and wished him success in his important mission.

During the conversation, the sides discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation and interaction within international organizations. Particular attention was paid to upcoming high-level events within the framework of the CIS, as well as “Central Asia – Russia” format, to be held in Dushanbe.

The ministers expressed mutual interest in further developing a constructive dialogue in the spirit of strategic partnership between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

The conversation held in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust.
