First political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Estonia

On May 16, 2019, first round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Estonia took place in Dushanbe.

During the consultations, the sides held an in-depth exchange of views on the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in the political, economic, trade and legal spheres. The issues of cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the EU Strategy for Central Asia and international organizations were also discussed.

The parties expressed their readiness to intensify mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas in order to facilitate the further expansion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Estonia.
