Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan with the Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service of European Union

On May 17, 2019 in Dushanbe on the eve of High- level International Conference “International and Regional Cooperation on Countering Terrorism and its Financing through Illicit Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime”  the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjiddin Muhriddin met with the Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service Pedro Serrano.

During the meeting the parties held a fruitful exchange of views on key aspects of the partnership between Tajikistan and the European Union, including in the areas of politics, security and regional cooperation.

A constructive conversation also took place on international issues, including the security situation in Afghanistan and other topics of mutual interest.
