Meeting of the Ambassador with the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation

On November 12, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia Ardasher Qodiri met with the CEO of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation Dato’ Wan Latiff Wan Musa.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the important issues of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Malaysia in the field of economy and investment. It was noted that Tajikistan has a favorable investment climate and a great trade potential, and both sides should consider the possibility of cooperation in the areas of energy, industry, agriculture, non-ferrous metals, tourism and other areas of mutual interest.

The parties also discussed the possibility of attracting trade and investment circles and organizing exhibitions of Malaysian products in Tajikistan.
