Meeting of the Tajik Ambassador with the Egyptian Minister of Health

On December 23, 2014 in Cairo the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Arab Republic of Egypt Khusrav Noziri met with the Minister of Health and Population of the Arab Republic of Egypt Adel Adawi.

Issues of cooperation between the two countries in the area of health, pharmaceutics and training of medical personnel within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the field of health, pharmaceutical and medical products, signed on 6 June 2008 in Cairo, had been discussed during that meeting.

In this regard, it was stressed that the establishment of the first joint pharmaceutic plant “Deltajik Pharma”in the capital of our country could serve as an example for the further expansion of mutually beneficial Tajik-Egyptian cooperation in the field of health and pharmaceutics.
