Berlin magazine Wostok dedicated edition to Tajikistan

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the German magazine Wostok devoted its current issue of 80 pages to Tajikistan.

A special edition of the magazine entitled "Tajikistan - a mountainous country with a rich culture and history" reflects various aspects of the political, economic and cultural life of Tajikistan and the Tajik people, as well as the country's achievements during the period of independence.

The editorial staff of the magazine, jointly with the Embassy of Tajikistan in Berlin and the ministries and agencies of our country, covered 21 topics on history of the Tajik people, traditions, the process of independence and national unity, famous personalities, the economic and industrial potential of Tajikistan and its separate cities and regions, as well as touristic sites and national dishes.

Considering the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of Tajikistan, special focus is paid to the "open door policy", the membership of the country in international and regional organizations, including the global initiatives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and their importance for the world community. The efforts of the Government of the country in the implementation of essential strategies, in particular those aimed at the "Green Economy" are positively estimated.

Given the current situation in the field of security in the region, the article especially emphasizes the efforts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to ensure peace and stability, as well as to collectively actions against new challenges.
