Celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in Islamabad

On September 29, 2021, official event dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was organized at the Embassy of Tajikistan in Pakistan.

Event was attended by representatives of the official authorities of Pakistan, heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited in Islamabad, scientists and cultural figures, media representatives, local companies, as well as a compatriots living in Pakistan.

At his welcoming speech, Ambassador of Tajikistan marking achievements of the country in the period of 30 years of independence, also stressed high level relations between Tajikistan and Pakistan. Official visit of Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation", the President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon to Pakistan in June and official visit of Pakistan Prime-minister Imran Khan in September this year to Tajikistan were mentioned as indication of close partnerships between two countries.

Tajik national food and videos about beautiful nature of Tajikistan were offered to the guests.
