1984-1991 - graduated from the Tajik State University with a degree in lawyer;

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1986-1988 – Military service in the Armed Forces of the USSR;

1991-1993 - Investigator, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor of the Rudaki District;

1993-1995 - First Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;

1995-1997 - Head of the Division, Deputy Head of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;

1997-2002 - Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;

2002-2011 - Adviser to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on foreign policy;

2011-2014 - Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ufa, Russian Federation;

2014-2016 - Head of the CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;

2016-2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent;

2020-2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan concurrently to the State of Israel, Tashkent;

As of April 27, 2021, was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Speaks Russian and English languages.
