1995-1997 - Head of the Division, Deputy Head of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;
1997-2002 - Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe;
2002-2011 - Adviser to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on foreign policy;
2011-2014 - Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ufa, Russian Federation;
