Meeting of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Permanent Representative of the Swiss Confederation to the OSCE

On September 10, 2025, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Ismatullo Nasredin on the margins of his working visit to Vienna, held a meeting with the Permanent Representative of the Swiss Confederation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) – the incoming Chairmanship for 2026 Mr. Raphael Nageli.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Swiss Confederation, as well as issues of mutual interest.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening constructive engagement in line with the priorities of Switzerland’s upcoming OSCE Chairmanship, particularly in the areas of security, human rights, and sustainable development.
