Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia

On April 1, 2014 in Riyadh, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov, who is on his official visit to the Kingdom.

At this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan extended to the Saudi side an official message by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud. In this message the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, expressing his willingness to expand and strengthen bilateral cooperation, invited the King of Saudi Arabia to pay a visit to the Republic of Tajikistan. The invitation was accepted with gratitude.

The sides also exchanged views on issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various fields.
