Participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Central Asia-USA Ministerial meeting

On September 22, 2019 in New York City in the margins of the UN General Assembly Session with the participation of US Secretary of State Ministerial meeting of Central Asia-USA in the format of C5+1 was held. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirodjidin Muhriddin attended and made remarks at the meeting.

Ministers discussed issues related on enhancing trade and economic relations, ensuring border and regional security.

The Foreign Ministers also exchanged views on the fight against terrorism and extremism, especially taking into account the returning of terrorist-foreign fighters from war zones.
