Meeting of the Permanent Representative of Tajikistan with the European Commissioner for Development

October 17, 2014, in Brussels in the building of the European Commission a meeting of the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan in the European Union Rustamjon Soliev was held with the European Commissioner for Development Andris Piebalgs.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, including implementation of the Multi-annual indicative program for  2014-2020.

The parties also stressed the need for cooperation in promoting the social and economic revival of Afghanistan, border protection, fight against terrorism, extremism and drug trafficking.
