Meeting with Regional Director for Europe of the World Health Organization Zsuzsanna Jakab and Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark

On October 23, 2014 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with the Regional Director for Europe of the World Health Organization (WHO) Zsuzsanna Jakab and Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, Patron of the WHO Regional Office for Europe.

During the meeting the sides discussed the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and WHO, implementation of projects and programs in the field of health such as maternal and child, immunization, disease prevention and others.

Zsuzsanna Jakab highly evaluated the efforts of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in development healthcare sector and strengthening cooperation with the World Health Organization.
