Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

On 16 December 2019 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Muzaffar Huseynzoda in the framework of the work visit to Tashkent for participation at the 9th Meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian countries and Afghanistan, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ms. Naheed Esar.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, including cooperation between Tajikistan and Afghanistan within the framework of the international and regional organizations.

At the same time, both sides expressed hope for strengthening and developing mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Afghanistan in political, socio-economic and humanitarian-cultural spheres.
