Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan with the Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey

On October 7, 2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Turkey Mr. Ashrafjon Gulov met with the Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey/Co-chairman of the Tajik-Turkish intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation Mr. Mustafa Varank.

During the meeting the issues of the next meeting of the Tajik-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, which will be held on October 11-13, 2021 in Dushanbe, were discussed.

It was noted that countries have great potential for the development of trade and investment cooperation, including trade between the two countries, and therefore the initiatives of the private sector of Tajikistan and Turkey in the implementation of joint investment projects in the Republic of Tajikistan should be fully supported.

At the meeting, which held in an atmosphere of mutual understanding, the parties had constructive discussion to find new ways of trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as the holding of the next meeting of the above-mentioned Commission at a high level.
